Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and FOUNDER INPUT REQUIRED — registered company or sole-trader name, FOUNDER INPUT REQUIRED — registered postal address, FOUNDER INPUT REQUIRED — country of establishment (EU/EEA) ("GLYPH", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use GLYPH.

You need an account to use most of GLYPH. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to consent to online services in your country. You may delete your account at any time from your account page.

Your ratings, statuses, favourites, bio and profile are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display them in order to run the service — including showing your public profile fields to other users and computing your Gaming DNA and predicted ratings from your own ratings. We do not claim ownership of your content.

• Do not harass, impersonate or abuse other users.
• Do not upload unlawful, hateful or infringing content, including in your profile.
• Do not scrape, bulk-extract, resell or attempt to reconstruct our catalogue or another user's data.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access-control rules, rate limits or our provider integrations.
• Do not use automated systems to create accounts or manipulate ratings.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Game titles, cover images, descriptions and metadata come from third-party sources including IGDB, and remain the property of their respective owners. Steam integration is provided by Valve and is optional. We do not control these services and cannot guarantee their accuracy or availability.

Gaming DNA traits, predicted ratings and any recommendation features are statistical estimates derived from your own ratings and public game metadata. They are provided for entertainment and discovery purposes and are not statements of fact or purchase advice.

GLYPH is under active development and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms and ask you to accept the new version.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of GLYPH. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer in the EU/EEA.

You may stop using GLYPH and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service. On deletion, your personal data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
